AI for hiring & recruiting

M13’s RECOMMENDATIONS FOR

The general HR space is just starting to really pick up in terms of AI solutions and products. While still largely a collection of point solutions with small, albeit powerful, AI-powered features the collection of products throughout the hiring pipeline can have a larger impact when combined. We believe this space will mature rapidly over the next year into 2025, where further specialization may neccessitate splitting this into sub-domains.

AI for resume sorting & filtering

Job postings can attract hundreds of applicants, and manually sorting through them can take hours if not days. Now, emerging solutions can cut that time down to minutes. Particularly in high-growth situations where you are hiring dozens of positions with a small or non-existent HR team, these tools can help you avoid needing to put other founder duties on hold while hiring, saving significant time and money.
